How long have you been a student at ANAM?
This is my first year

What have you chosen to perform for your recital?
Antheil Sonata for Trumpet and Piano, Saint-Saëns Septet  and Bitsch Quatre Variations sur un thème de Domenico Scarlatti

How long have you been preparing?
Probably the last three or four months

What are you most looking forward to in your recital?
I’d say the Antheil – it’s a comfortable piece to start with.

What’s the hardest thing about presenting a solo recital?
For me I think its making it interesting for a whole hour, making sure there’s enough colours and variants. And the endurance factor as well.

What’s your post concert ritual?
Beer. Though I have a concert tonight, so not too many.

Finally, Favourite ice-cream?
Rum n Raisin
